Training on The Adaptation of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare Service Provision for People With Disability

Women with disabilities have the same sexual and reproductive healthcare needs and rights as people without disabilities, and even when a healthcare provider is available to address these needs, there still remains a set of skills that must be gained in order to best adapt the service delivery to the particular situations of women with disabilities
To help address this issue, Iraq Health Access Organization, with support from UNFPA, funding from Sweden, and coordination with the DOH in Ninewa, organizes a training on the adaptation of sexual and reproductive healthcare service provision for people with disability with 23 doctors from Ninewa Directorate Of Health participating in the training.
