Yesterday, Tuesday, May 24, 2022, a delegation from the United Nations Population Fund – Iraq, the Norwegian and Swedish embassies and the Iraq Health Access Organization visited the Center for Comprehensive Assistance for Survivors of Gender-Based Violence in the city of Mosul – Nineveh Governorate, which is supported by UNFPA and funded by KOICA. The purpose of the visit was to inspect the center and the quality of services provided to the beneficiaries since its opening at the beginning of April.
The OSAC center is distinguished by the fact that the services provided are suitable for all survivors, and through it, IHAO provides case management services, psychological, legal and medical consultations, and referral services. Instead of visiting several centers to obtain different services, they can easily obtain them in one center.
