In Sinjar, a territory burdened with conflicts for many years, and home to thousands of Yazidis, Sinjar General Hospital remains one of the key healthcare facilities providing services to residents of Sinjar and surrounding villages.
With support from UNFPA, and Funding from ECHO, Sinjar hospital has provided reproductive healthcare services to over 8 thousand women and girls in 2021, and saw the delivery of about 585 newborns.
