With the continuous efforts of Al Wehda Healthcare Center in providing services to people with disabilities, which include general and reproductive healthcare services, psychosocial support, medical rehabilitation and physical therapy, the goal for Iraq Health Access Organization, is to try to ensure a healthy future for this group of people, even after the end of the project period.
The first and most important part to achieve this goal is to raise public awareness about persons with disabilities and the problems they may face in life in general. Where the mobile team of Al Wahda Health Center visited several areas in Fallujah and educated the general public, whether they are people with disabilities or others, about this issue.
