Meeting of The Steering Committee for the Project Supporting Adolescents with Disability in Ninewa

Wednesday, April 27th, meeting of the steering committee for the project supporting adolescents with disability in Ninewa was convened to discuss the project’s progress, attending the meeting were representatives of UNFPA, Ministry of Youth and Sports, Finnish Embassy, IHAO, and IADO.The project provides a safe environment for young people with disabilities with a particular focus on adolescent girls, to exercise their rights for basic social services and civic engagement. The project will empower youth through educational activities provided by the targeted youth centres.
