IHAO Meeting With the Director of the Iraqi Women Empowerment Department

On April 9, Iraq Health Access Organization (IHAO), had a meeting with the Director of the Iraqi Women Empowerment Department, Dr. Yosra Karim Mohsin. The two sides talked about the continuity of coordination efforts with the national working group to ensure the implementation of the National Strategy for Iraqi Women (2023 – 2030) to be in line with the goals of sustainable development. The Director of IHAO, Hala Al-Sarraf, stressed the importance of combining programs to raise the capabilities of national staff and the effectiveness of their implementation on the ground, especially regards to providing health and psychological services, in addition to education and awareness for Adolescent Girls.
