Supported by UNFPA-Iraq, and funded by Sweden, Iraq Health Access Organization conducted a training on Gender-Based Violence Management for the community police department in Kirkuk Governorate. The training reviewed the main concepts of Gender-Based violence and the factors contributing to it, the steps to be followed when collecting data from GBV survivors, and how to maintain survivors privacy and consent for the process.
The training included explaining the steps of data collecting from Gender-Based Violence Survivors, and the importance of maintaining privacy and acquiring consent for the process.
