Adolescent girls of Al-Qawsyiat attended a powerful storytelling “There’s a War in My City”. session at the center this week. The session was specifically designed to help young girls process the traumatic events they have been through and to share their own stories. Letting the power of storytelling heal and give a voice to those who have experienced so much and providing a safe space for these girls to share their stories and heal together.
