How did we take care of ourselves during the pandemic? what has worked and what has not? What did you do to avoid getting infected? Did it work? Did you take any medications, home remedies, or change to a particular diet? Did it work?
Your answers, alongside the answers of many others, will help us understand which precautions and therapies work and which do not.
