Building local capacities is one of the most important foundations for sustainable development. Therefore, in the Iraq Health Access Organization, we try to integrate it into all projects to ensure the continuation of a high level in healthcare service provision even after the project period ends.
In cooperation with the Al-Muthanna Healthcare Department and funding from the Czech Republic. IHAO trained the staff of Al-Hilal Hospital within the project, to support the opening of the only maternity hall in Al-Hilal sub-district of Al-Rumaitha district in Al-Muthanna governorate. The topic of the training was on controlling and reducing the spread of infections.
